A life of this scale is a living system. It demands architecture.
INOVI is a strategic architecture firm.
We build systems where life, capital, and legacy operate under a single logic — and endure.

Architecture for life, capital, and legacy.

Wealth advisors. Legal counsel. Investment partners. Family office. Executive peers.
Each operates with precision within their domain.
Architecture is what connects them.
A unified personal decision system — where every layer is visible, every connection is considered, and control remains where it belongs.
That is what INOVI builds.
Complexity is the new baseline.
Strategic
Life Engineering.
A life is a living complex system. Architecture is the only framework adequate to its complexity.
The result is a system that endures with its owner.
Strategic Life Engineering connects the layers of life, capital, and legacy into a single coherent architecture — from personal strategy and Advisory Board structure to capital structure and legacy.
The whole holds what the parts cannot
Structure precedes decision
Architecture serves the system, not the moment
Architectural principles.
Ilona Novitskaya is the architect of Strategic Life Engineering and the founder of INOVI.
For fifteen years she has built systems — first as the owner and operator of an international business across multiple jurisdictions, and now as the architect of strategic systems for principals, advisory boards, and business communities operating at scale. The discipline that is now INOVI's methodology was formulated from that practice: the architecture of a life and the architecture of the environments in which consequential decisions are made, designed as one coherent system.
Ilona's academic foundation rests on three disciplines that converge in her practice: strategy, the human system, and complex systems. Master en Management at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. A Master's degree in Psychology. Architecture of Complex Systems at MIT xPRO. She is a certified Advisory Board Chair.
IN HER WORDS
"Consequences are not what happens to us. They are what we left unexamined when the decision was still ours to make. A life is a complex system. It requires architecture."
Xeniya Kulik is Director of INOVI, holding the operational and analytical architecture of the firm. Her mandate spans economic modelling, operational systems, strategic execution, and the multi-jurisdictional infrastructure through which INOVI's methodology reaches its clients with precision and without loss.
She brings over 15 years of experience across three jurisdictions — Central Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. A decade in corporate B2B within Kazakhstan's infrastructure sector established her command of large-scale contracts, financial forecasting, and operational discipline. Between 2021 and 2025, she worked in first-line advisory for ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Dubai — structuring corporations, coordinating banking and investment relationships, and operating across AML and KYC compliance frameworks in multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
She holds a PhD in Economics, a Master of Audit and Accounting, a Bachelor of Engineering, and an MBA (Australia).
IN HER WORDS
"Mature decisions require a system — and a system only matters when it reproduces across any jurisdiction and any project without loss of precision. I hold that standard."
When the scale of the task demands architecture — we are here.
